In 2016, Nautica underwent a rebrand with the goal of strengthening its relationship with loyal customers while also reaching for new audiences.
Working closely with a team of creative and art directors, we developed the Spring 2016 campaign that would serve as the public’s first introduction to Nautica’s new brand and messaging. Inspired by the Sea, Designed in the City is the core concept behind the rebrand, which celebrates Nautica’s history and looks towards future.
With a company as large as Nautica, an effort of this kind involves many moving parts. In collaboration with the creative team, I developed the look and feel for the campaign, created storyboards and edited the commercial, and set art direction for the website.
